Gabriel designed the shallow marble ledge and vanity
and chose a wall-mount faucet to make the most of
the tight bathroom,
above.
Ceramic tiles on the side of
the tub and on walls add a spa-like quality.
New built-in cabinets (they’re actually closets, see
page48
) in the dormered wall of the master bedroom,
right
, bump out from the wall for extra use as display
ledges. The top of the window seat lifts, providing
storage on the sides of the heat register.
